We are pleased to welcome our guests from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after the scheduled time, please contact us on the day of arrival via our WhatsApp number (329 2380130).

Check-out is scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.

The property does not have a private internal parking area.

Please inform us at the time of booking via WhatsApp message if you require a parking space. Authorized private, unattended parking is available off-site, with shuttle service included.

The cost is €7 per day for stays shorter than 3 nights and €5 per day for stays longer than 3 nights.

We are pleased to offer you an excellent Italian buffet breakfast in the breakfast room. From 8:00 to 10:00, our staff will be at your disposal to prepare coffee, cappuccinos, hot milk, tea, and anything else you may desire.

We are sorry, but although we love animals, we cannot accept them out of respect for other guests who are not comfortable with their presence.

The room is cleaned every morning. Bed linens are changed every 3 days. Bath towels left on the floor will be replaced daily.

The property is happy to store your luggage free of charge until the time agreed with you.

Cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay will be required. The remaining balance must be paid at check-out.

The city tax is not included in the room rate. The cost is €3.50 per person (up to a maximum of 7 nights), to be paid directly at reception in cash. Minors and certified disabled guests are exempt.

Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Otherwise, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be fully retained.
